Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At The Herbal Hunk, we take every possible measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, issues may arise, such as:
- Damage during transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
In such cases only, we offer free replacements or a full refund, provided that the request is made within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible unless they fall under the conditions stated above.
How to Request a Return or Replacement?
To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for return or replacement
- Clear images of the product showing:
- The issue (e.g. damage or wrong item)
- The batch number
- The original invoice
⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation from our team will not be accepted.
Return Pickup & Product Condition
Once your return request is approved:
- Our courier partner will pick up the product within 4–7 days.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with the seal, label, and barcode intact.
- We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products returned with damaged or missing packaging, or due to poor handling or shipment damage, will not qualify for a return or refund and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds
For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking)
- Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer.
- Please share your bank details over email once your return is confirmed.
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned product and your bank information.
- Please allow 2–3 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If a replacement is requested, it will be fulfilled subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available and you have already paid, a full refund will be issued.
Important Notes
- Products returned without original packaging, or with missing labels/instructions, will not be accepted.
- If your product arrives damaged, contact our customer service immediately with order and shipment details.
- Returns or refunds are not applicable for items damaged due to improper packaging or handling after delivery.
Policy Updates
We regularly review and update our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on our website.
