Domestic Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹399.
  • Orders Below ₹399 (Prepaid): A shipping charge of ₹40 will apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • Available on all orders.
    • For orders below ₹399, a COD fee of ₹80 will be charged.
    • COD is free on orders above ₹399.

Note: The order value used to determine shipping or COD charges is calculated after applying discounts or coupons.

  • Order Processing & Delivery Time:
    • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
    • Delivery is expected within 5–10 business days from the dispatch date.
    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    • Delivery may be delayed during festive periods, holidays, or lockdowns.
  • Delivery Restrictions:
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
    • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

International Shipping

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or other unforeseen issues, regardless of payment or order confirmation.
  • In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified.

Failed or Late Deliveries:

  • If an order cannot be delivered or is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or similar issues, any additional re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
